"Appartement confortable et spacieux dans immeuble calme. Agréable séjour !"

L'immeuble est situé sur les hauteurs de Nazaré. L'accès aux 2 plages est assez rapide (il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher, sinon il y a le funiculaire). Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et calme. La place de parking est appréciable. La piscine est située sur le toit, petite mais a vue sur l'océan (très peu pratiquée me concernant).

Dommage qu'un immeuble se construise en face, il cache la vue sur l'océan... Rien d'autre à signaler

"Séjour à Nazaré"

Appartement très spacieux, confortable et bien situé: à quelques minutes à pied du fameux quartier "Sítio" qui offre une vue panoramique sur la plage de Nazaré et de la plage Nord avec son phare et son musée du surf. Le garage et l'ascenseur sont un vrai plus qui rajoutent confort et tranquillité.

Malheureusement une nouvelle construction gâche complètement la vue sur la mer de la terrasse du salon...quel dommage !! Sans parler du bruit quotidien des travaux dès 8h du matin.

Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet… The garage is good, the area is really convenient! Could do with a few recommendations for places to eat etc

Smell of the kitchen plates / cupboards… Exiting the garage is dangerous, could do with a mirror to see if cars are coming from the left. Cold swimming pool but understandable for weather :)I had to plug in the cable to the Meo TV box to get it working (took a couple days to figure it out)
