Ribeira Brava is a lovely village with great amenities (restaurants, shops, museum, beach) and this flat is perfectly situated to access all of them. The property is of a good size in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean.

On arrival one toilet didn't work and the other was in a bathroom where no lights worked. The kitchen was infested with ants. Mosquitoes were a problem throughout. The place needs new soft furnishings including mosquito blinds, new cutlery, crockery and glassware (there were just two miss-matched wine glasses in the place), and kitchen equipment (we found no corkscrew). Above all it needs a thorough deep clean - the mould on the shower is appalling. If fully rectified the place could be wonderful.

The location, the size of appartament, a fairly large parking lot.

It has very few kitchen utensils, larger pans, pots,

comfortable apartment, great location, loved the terrace & the parking! grocery store right across the street as well as a fabulous little coffee shop where the locals take their coffee breaks.

sometimes some noise at night but it’s right in town so you can’t expect it to be totally quiet all the time

A few basics missing. Could do with a welcome pack and a few essentials in the kitchen such as extra bin bags. However, we had a great time!
