Apartamentos Porto de Abrigo

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had an amazing experience. It was easy to communicate with the landlord. The apartment was so clean and had a great location. It was also easy to park our car.

Close to the sea, close to supermarket, close to restaurants. Sea view

We didn't like the beds. We felt the metal spring. And we didn't like the loudness of the bar underneath the Appartement at night until 1 am.

The host (Paula) was so nice & very quick to answer with any questions we had. She even sent a video of how to find the property since we were arriving late. The property is amazingly located and had everything that we needed during our stay. It is right on the street and there’s plenty of restaurants within walking across and a supermarket and a rooftop bar that is only a few minutes away. The apartment has a window in the bedroom that faces the ocean and you can sleep with the sound of the waves. If driving, there is plenty of street parking and also a nearby car park for when it gets busy. Check in and check out was very smooth and Paula was communicative during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom was dirty and the shower was clogged. There was barely any hand soap left. There was also a bad smell in the room once we entered. Also, not enough kitchen equipment. With all these problems we were forced to re-book to a different accommodation one night after.

Location was great, close to restaurants. The apartment was functional. The view on the sea just across the street was fantastic and it was to sleep with the sound of the waves. Communication with the owner was great and smooth.

The apartment lacked sunlight, since there was only one window in the bedroom. The lack windows lead to a strong humidity smell. And a shower head holder would be convenient along with a soap holder.

poorly stocked kitchen! Few linens to clean with and we had a kitchen leak under the sink. owner came over quickly and brought extra towels but poorly stocked . No coffeemaker, colander, few cutlery, etc. Kept banging our heads as the ceiling slopes down to counters. Owner did bring over a drying rack as there was no where to hang wet clothing so that was good. grocery store only a few steps away.
