Pine Tree Apartment

Die Lage war zentral. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. In die Innenstadt mit der Metro (ca. 5 Min). Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut.

Die Wohnung hatte KEINE zentrale Heizung. Verfügte jedoch über 2 funktionsfähig Raumheizungen (elektrisch, die zumindest ein Zimmer ein wenig aufheizen konnte. Ansonsten war die Wohnung im Dezember arschkalt. Das Mobiliar war sehr alt und verwohnt. Da die Wohnung keine Heizung hat, waren die Türen aufgrund der Kälte teilweise verzogen. Im Badezimmer KEINE Heizung und massiver Schimmelbefall an der Decke (nichts für Allergiker).

Casa molto accogliente, non essendoci il riscaldamento,nelle camere e nel soggiorno vi era una radiatore portatile elettrico,acqua nel frigo,cialde per il caffè e tutto l'occorrente nel bagno,ci siamo sentiti a casa, grazie!

Orario del check in non anticipabile,da tenere presente per gli orari del volo ma non si può considerare un lato negativo

O facto de ter garagem, principalmente na localização em que é o apartamento. A dimensão da casa, muito bem adaptada à família. A anfitriã comunicou sempre bastante, e tentou solucionar alguns temas.

A internet não estava a funcionar e a TV funcionou com muitos "soluços" na imagem. A cama era desconfortável, e não existia cobertor extra. O facto de ter que levar o lixo da casa no final da estadia não é nada prático, principalmente para famílias com crianças.

Apartamento limpo e confortável, localizado em prédio com elevador. Ambiente espaçoso, organizado e com utensílios de cozinha. Dispunha de amplo e seguro estacionamento próprio. Restaurante, padaria e supermercado próximos.

Μεγάλοι και άνετοι χώροι! Οι παροχές και τα ηλεκτρικά είδη λειτουργούσαν όλα σωστά!

Grand appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires dans une décoration vintage. Près des transports en commun. Proximité des épiceries et de quelques restaurants.

Nuits dérangeantes dans le secteur, difficile à trouver le sommeil.
