The view was nice.

The place was musty, smelly and not clean. Also there was significant water damage in several places.

Gastgeber war super nett und hilfsbereit: - Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir unsere Koffer noch nach Check-In im Apartment belassen und zu späterer Zeit abholen - Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat komisch gerochen und der Gefrierschrank war komplett vereist (da er nicht komplett schließt) -> umgehend am nächsten Tag wieder beides behoben (wenngleich der Gefrierschrank schnell wieder komplett vereist sein wird, da er nicht komplett schließt) - Uns wurden auf Nachfrage umgehend zwei extra Handtücher für den Strand bereit gestellt Zum Apartment: - Allgemein eigentlich schönes geräumiges Apartment mit guter Aussicht und Küche - Allgemein relativ sauber - Gute Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Töpfen, Geschirr - WLAN vorhanden und Streaming auf TV übers Handy möglich

Apartment ist sehr Renouvierungsbedürftig: - Flecken auf der Couch und Kissen - Verfärbte und abblätternde Stellen im Bad mit stellenweise Schimmel - Fußleisten und allgemeiner Zustand sieht sehr benutzt und gebraucht aus - Fenster im Schlafzimmer ohne Tapete - Inventar sieht sehr gebraucht aus: Handtuchständer mit Rost, Toilettenbürste halb abgebrochen und Verfärbungen unter dem Ständer, kleine Pfanne funktionierte nicht auf dem Induktionsherd, große Pfanne mit abblätternder Beschichtung und Ölresten in der Pfanne, 1-2 Löffel mit Kaffefleck - Sicherung fliegt sehr oft raus wenn z.B. Herd und Wasserkocher gleichzeitig benutzt werden oder unser Föhn auf höchster Stufe - Tiefkühler schließt nicht korrekt und war komplett vereist Wichtige Kleinigkeiten an Inventar fehlten: - Trockentuch und Mikrofasertuch für die Küche wurden erst nach der Reperatur am 2. Tag nachgereicht (evtl einfach vergessen) - Keine Kaffeepads vorhanden - Nur eine angefangene Rolle Klopapier - Keine Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden - Spülmittel sehr leer (schon halb mit Wasser aufgefüllt gewesen) - Kein Salz / Pfeffer Wlan Code auf dem Info Schild war nicht korrekt. Die korrekten WLAN Daten Standen aber unter dem Router

The apartment is spacious and just a few minutes walk from the city centre.

The apartment was dirty and in bad conditions with mould and dust everywhere. The dishwasher was loaded but the dishes inside of it were dirty and trying to use the dishwasher would cause the whole electric system to fail. We also had a problem where we had to contact the landlord as we didn't have hot water for a day. There was also a lack of essential such as coffee, soap, kitchen towels, toilet paper, etc. The location - while close to the centre - is quite sketchy so I would be careful staying there, especially if planning to come back late at night.

Amazing location, right by one of the central squares and s short walk from Commercial Square. The view from the flat is amazing and there are great facilities (TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc)

The electrcs in the flat tripped out multiple times during our stay. We weren't able to use the oven because it seemed to trip the electric every time we tried it.

It was a very good location and it wasn’t noisy to sleep. Nice views (there will be lots of properties with views like this so not sure if “best view” is fair)

Most of the negative reviews were around the steep stairs, but as long as you are fully abled it’s not really an issue. However, there is a constant horrible musky/damp smell throughout the flat. Parts of the walls are rotting and falling away and it doesn’t feel very clean at all. It needs renovation work done. The key was easy to find but it isn’t mentioned anywhere that it needs to be extended which I haven’t seen before! So until we realised this we couldn’t get it. The towels were thin and small.

Excellent location, facilities within appt were great

Could have been a little cleaner, tatty around the edges and steep hill to climb to access, inc. steep stairs within TV didn't work as couldn't connect to the internet so no access to music which would have been nice
