The apartment layout and it's location. Loved the walk in wardrobe room as well. Apartment was very comfortable.

Very nice and cosy apartment in a great location. Owner very responsive and accommodated our requests promptly. Great amenities.

Tiny problems with hot water in the shower that we could fix ourselves, no big deal really. We did not realize that we needed to leave the tourist tax in cash on the table, so we had to make arrangements later: but even with that the owner was super responsive and accommodating.

The location is good near to place of interest but the staircase to apartment not easy to walk. Loading luggage is a issue.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean. It is very easy to access. We received regular updates with access codes, etc. The apartment is in a great location for the city so you can walk to the centre, yet there was no noise at night.. All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Will look beautiful at the front once the refurbishment is completed.

Apartment was comfortable and plenty of room for my friend and I but also roomy for a family of four. While I never met the host in person, I thought they were great as they were very responsive to questions and very helpful. There was a separate AC unit in the main room and each of the bedrooms so you can just turn on the ones you need. The decor made the place more welcoming. The location is great with quite a few pastry shops/bakeries and restaurants within a couple minutes of the apartment and very close to the Baixa-Chiado metro.

Guests should know that while this apartment was not on a main street, it was just parallel to a very busy street so if you are staying in the main bedroom which faces the street, you will get some street noise. The walls are also not well-insulated so I was woken early in the morning (7am) by the next-door neighbor's TV and woken in the middle of the night by late-night revelers, possibly spilling out from the bar on the corner. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms do not face the street so they are quieter.

The apartment was in a great location near bars and restaurants. The place was spotless. Loads of space and comfortable. WiFi great. Communication with owner was fab.

There was some noise but it didn't bother us when the doors were shut. The only small thing was that it would have been nice to have a toaster.

located in an old building without lift. have to move all the luggage manually. bathroom is too small.
