Food & beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer or credit card is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-in fee: EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:00; EUR 50 from 01:00 until 02:00; EUR 60 after 02:00.
