Really lovely apartment with great views and great location

Staff were hard to contact prior to the stay

The location was great, the space & cleanliness in the apartment was great. We would definitely stay there again!

The bed was very squeaky & noisy. Some of the neighbours could be noisy! The check in was all done on What's App which we aren't used to but soon got used to it!

The location was good. I had a lot of trouble finding the place, the details you sent me did not help me very much and it was only while I was talking to a young Portuguese guy on your cleans team that we decided to just put the door code in, just in case and it worked. Incidentally the young guy was marvelous in helping me, I did not get his name but hopefully you can give a credit to his name.

I thought that the decor was quite cold but I got used to it. Could do with being a little less minimalist. 1. The kitchen tap was broken 2. The plug in the bathroom basin was broken 3. There was a board on the balcony that in a breeze banged all the time and was very annoying. I don’t know why it was there but something could be wedged against it easily. I did not do it because I am not good with heights. 4. Could have done with a table lamp on the right side of the couch for reading but then most places don’t provide a reading light 5. Hallway light outside was broken so I was always having to grope in the dark with my keys.

location is really convenient very close to the beach and a brand new lidl, in front of the building there's a pool too and the downtown area is a 10 minute walk (the town is very small). The apartment itself is in good shape, spacious (no clutter and alomst no stuff) and with a very comfortable layout. The shower is very comfy and has good pressure. The lighting is good, airco + washing machine work well.

Although in good shape, the place is SEVERELY under-equipped, we had to buy some basic stuff like knives and scissors and wash pins... they knew we were 3 people and only left us 1 blanket, only 1 kitchen towel... I could keep going but you get the idea. And it wasn't properly cleaned. Clearly someone came along and organized the place and maybe swiped the floor but the shower had mold (which I cleaned in minutes so it was just lack of cleaning), the closet and floor had chunks of make up (so clearly no one washed that) and there were things like human hairs around, it definitely wasn't properly cleaned. The bed is SUPER squeaky, it really needs an upgrade. The upstairs neighbours are noisy and the downstairs neighbours smoke so it comes into your window if you have it open.
