Bit expensive than a hotel with better locations Check in time is 4 and check out is 11. Could have been better

Paikka oli täydellinen minulle. Nautin pienestä parvekkeesta ja näkymistä kadulle. Netti toimi hyvin. Kiitos että sain jättää tavarat asuntoon, vaikka siivous oli vielä kesken.

Kadulta kuuluu melu sisälle ja arkisin isot roskikset tyhjennetään klo 7 aamulla. Minua eivät äänet haitanneet, mutta herkkäunisempaaa saattaa vaivata.

La posizione e il quartiere.

La struttura è bella ma è tenuta male. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la casa davvero sporca. C erano macchie di unto e sporco un po’ dappertutto, ma soprattutto la polvere era lì da tempo perché era nera! Abbiamo chiamato e hanno mandato qualcuno a pulire mentre eravamo fuori. Ma è stata una pulizia sommaria, infatti non abbiamo potuto usare per tutti i 5 giorni il condizionatore (uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo scelto la struttura, pagando ovviamente di più) avendo difficoltà anche a dormire con le finestre aperte. Inoltre quando abbiamo chiesto un po’ di carta igienica e del caffè in più (visto che abbiamo trovato capsule per soli tre giorni) ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare! Quando alla fine del soggiorno siamo andati via, ci hanno mandato un messaggio con una foto di una camera con la porta aperta e le chiavi all’interno, dove dicevano che avevano avuto difficoltà ad entrare, ma noi abbiamo lasciato con grande attenzione le chiavi sul tavolo nella camera, visto che durante il soggiorno ci è stato ripetuto due volte di stare attenti a questa cosa altrimenti saremmo incorsi in sanzioni. Quando abbiamo risposto hanno detto che era Ok! Non abbiamo capito il senso di questo messaggio, forse avevano sbagliato camera. In generale tutto abbastanza spiacevole.

Sound of motorcycle, scooter, cars at night under the windows. Unit Required the use of a key to unlock the interior door in order to exit the building. This is an emergency exit danger. When we checked out we were asked to leave the keys in the apartment. You have to have the keys to exit the front door of the building. This could be a big problem for someone if they forgot to unlock downstairs door first, then prop open with luggage, etc., then run keys back upstairs to leave in the unit. The unit door locks automatically when the door shuts. You could lock yourself and belongings out of apartment, and building if you forgot to do this process in correct order while preparing to leave for the airport, etc.

Location was fabulous. Having a washing machine was brilliant.
