Super clean and comfortable. There is everything you may ever need. Super friendly host.

Surroundings can be quite noisy. Sleeping with open windows is not an option.

The host was really friendly and communicative prior to arrival and throughout our stay. The kitchen was really well kitted out and the bathroom had lots of toiletries to supplement anything you may have forgotten. It really was a home away from home. Decent outdoor space (balcony), and great aircon, both of which were must haves for us. Lots of lovely books and interesting furnishings that added soul to the apartment.

It has a city as opposed to a sea view, which we knew, but of course a sea view would be lovely!

The location was amazing. The flat was close to the beach, marina and supermarket. The host was extremely friendly and proactive. She helped us a lot and came by the flat whenever I've asked. She gave us Many excellent tips and the flat was filled with goodies. We loved it!

It is a great flat. You really feel at home. The accomodation is perfectly equipped with everything you need. It is about 8 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. And our great thanks to the owner for her incredible attention and hospitality.

A very comfortable home from home. A very well equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished and homely.

It is a lovely property but overpriced for only one bedroom.

Lucretia and her daughter were very nice and helpful. The property is located close to Visconde Club which is a gym, which I used. My husband is a cyclist and enjoyed his rides to Colares and Sintra. The apartment is located close to the downtown area, about 10 minutes walk, where there are many different types of restaurants and historic sites to visit. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed with everything you will need plus a nice outside patio/porch for relaxing.

Our family of 3 stayed at Apartamento Gandarinha while visiting family nearby. It could not have been more perfect. The apartment's location is a short, attractive & safe walk from the bustling shops and restaurants of Cascais. It is in a quiet residential area, with free convenient parking right outside the apartment building's door, and a boom gate for security. The apartment on the 2nd floor, accessibly via elevator. It is spacious, absolutely immaculate, light-filled, and provided with every amenity you could need. The kitchen is especially impressive in that regard, very modern, organized and well-equipped, with high-quality appliances and so easy to navigate. The apartment has a large living room & dining area, two small balconies, one off the living room and one off the main bedroom, and that adds to the relaxing & spacious feel. The foyer has been converted into a small bedroom, which is easily closed off from the rest of the apartment when needed. The apartment building itself is very quiet, and we were never aware of any other neighbours. Lucrecia, the owner, has thought of everything a guest could possibly want or need, and kindly had a bottle of wine & Evian waiting for us. Whenever we wrote with questions prior to arriving, Lucrecia was always very prompt and gracious, and when she realized she would not be available when we first arrived, she made sure that we had contact information for neighbours in case we had any concerns or issues getting in. We loved staying at Apartamento Gandarinha; it felt like a home, not a sterile airbnb. Do not hestitate to book this wonderful place if you are planning a visit to Cascais, which is a fabulous town. It is also a very convenient location for day trips to Sintra, Estoril, beautiful beaches nearby such as Guincho, and catching the train to Lisbon and Belém.
