The property was very clean. We had everything we needed. The location was great.

I must say I am very disappointed and unpleasantly surprised by the experience. First of all, I did not receive any proper check-in information via email or through Booking. I was not given the door code and only received a photo and the name of the room door — which made the check-in unclear and unprofessional. Secondly, while there was hot water on the first day, on the second day there was none at all. I contacted the hotel multiple times — both through messages and eventually by phone — but my messages were left unanswered. When I finally reached someone and explained that there was no hot water, I was told it was strange because there was power. I informed her that electricity was indeed working both that day and the next, but there was still no hot water. My concerns were ignored, and I was told the hot water would return the following day. Additionally, during the night around 3 a.m., someone (possibly other guests or the owner) was moving heavy furniture for over an hour. The same thing happened again from 6 to 7 a.m., followed by loud shouting, talking, barking dogs, and doors slamming starting at 7 a.m. It was extremely disturbing and unacceptable, especially considering the price. Furthermore, there is visible mold in the bathroom, and the view from the balcony overlooks garbage and a very noisy part of the neighborhood. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

Good location and easy for parking.

The apartment is old. We had electricity outage three times and wifi also malfunctioned. The bathing water was not warm. The toilet cannot flush for a while.

Check in and out was very easy. You can reach the city center and many tourist attractions on foot, but public transport is also very accessible. Communication with the host was very easy and quick, and the housekeeper also speaks English.

Only a few minor things. The apartment is spacious but lacks a few shelves or hangers in the bathroom for personal things. The shower was very tight and there is only one nightstand. The living room/TV nook was a bit odd, as there were 2 small chairs instead of a sofa. You can hear the people in the other apartments well so if they are noisy, you will hear it. Still overall we really enjoyed the stay ☺️

Plenty of space. Most of what we needed and a welcome bottle of water and biscuits, Nice touch! Clear instructions on entry were sent a few days before our stay and we really appreciated that. We love to walk when on a break . So we actively liked that the property is on a hill...But might not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Bedside cabinet only on one side of the bed. The kettle lid was difficult to close. All rooms could have mosquito 'zappers'. I took one from home for the bedroom but it wasn't enough. I came away covered in very itchy mosquito bites. Not the fault of the owners and its also possible I got the bites our in the street...but just a suggestion.
