#Four Apartment by JC

Bien situado a unos 20 minutos del puerto y 10 del centro. La ducha está muy bien, y el baño también. El anfitrión me dio facilidades para entrar antes de la hora y fue fácil la comunicación a través de WhatsApp.

El piso es pequeño, no tiene aire acondicionado, el microondas no funcionaba bien. El sofá-cama es bastante incómodo. Para estar con niños pequeños que tocan todo, le hace falta una limpieza profunda al baño, la nevera, la zona de ventanas, etc.

The apartment is quite convenient and comfortable... The access from the airport by metro was very easy, and it was just 5 minutes from the station to the house... The apartment itself is located on a main road, and you pick up the keys from the lockers with the codes, so everything was easy... It's quite clean and convenient for 3-4 people, as it has 1 double bed and 1 sofa that opens up and fits 2 people... In the area, there are bakeries and small shops, as well as a large supermarket, which is quite positive... It's a fairly quiet area, despite being located on a main road.

Just a few small details on the negative side... I think some extra amenities, like towels or toilet paper, should not have been charged if you wanted extra... Also, it would have been nice if there were small amenities available, like soap in the bathroom or small shower gels.

Apartment, location, neighborhood

The apartment is very comfortable. The beds, the kitchen, the couch, the dining area - everything is really nice. Careful - there is no elevator (2nd level), but this was no issue for us. Though windows open up directly into the street - the window shutters were keeping the noise away. The hosts were very nice. It is best to call them in advance so they have time to reach the apartment to hand over the key.

Great apartment, which had everything we needed for a short stay for a couple. The location is convenient as it's close to Campo 24 de Augusto train station and a 15-minute walk to Campanha train station. The hosts were easy to contact and were accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected with check-in being seamless.

There is no air conditioning. However, a fan is provided. You can hear the neighbour upstairs moving around. The bedroom is small, so it can be challenging to maneouver around the bed.

Nice and bright living room. Dark bedroom. Coffee machine and a few capsules.

Poor WiFi, constantly disconnecting. Cold lighting. Old windows that are not soundproof.
