The ocean view took my breath away. Bed was small but very comfortable. I also absolutely loved the fact that the apartment had all the living necessities such as the kettle, coffee machine, all types of cutlery, condiments which allowed us to cook our own meals without the need to buy for example an olive oil or spices. I highly appreciated the small things, iron, ironing board, many cleaning products, etc. I will definitely miss spending relaxing time in this apartment. The owner Cristina was very kind and helpful.

I wish the fake plants inside the house were real :) but I understand it would be difficult to take proper care of them in a rental place

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment - everything you needed to cook, clean, do laundry etc was there! Even small snacks were waiting for you Nearby is a great viewpoint over Machico Nice and helpful owner

Although from the distance it’s quite close to Machico beach and centre, walking there might take to much time, recommend to have own car or use public transport

Everything was clean and nice. Spacious rooms with good new furniture! Tableware, detergents and even first aid kit are included. Good location (1 hour walk from airport; supermarket — 10 min walk; bus stop — 5 min walk) and free parking in front of the building.

Nice apartment. Has everything you need, washing machine, cooking amenities, comortable and big bed, enough space and a great view.

Cristina is a very lovely lady who welcomed us at our building, showed us everything and kindly answered all the questions we had. She asked in between our stay how we were doing, offered more help. We Could not ask for more.

"Madeira got my heart, definitely going back and I would book Desertas view apartment again."

The location of the apartment was very convenient. Everything that we needed for a few nights stay in Madeira was there. Free parking right outside of the flat. Supermarket in short distance. Fully equipped kitchen. Some coffee, tea as well. Watching sunrise during breakfast was just cherry on top.
