Its location and view, it was safe and secure.

Would have loved a hot tub or dipping pool on the roof top or even an outdoor shower as long way down to the pool.

Quality of apartment, attention to detail was excellent.

Gym would be a bonus!

The condition was perfect and Daniel was amazing . Cld not have been more helpful and informative . It’s class place to stay , pool was amazing too and top marks for cleanliness Wld definately stay again if we went to Portugal . Loved it xx

Die Wohnung und ihre Lage sind ein Traum! Wir sind zu 100 % zufrieden. Der Umgang mit den Kunden ist hervorragend!

Geniales Apartment Haus mit insgesamt 14 Apartments. Ich würde sagen es ist eines der besten in Portimao. Unverbauter Blick aufs Meer, direkt am genialen Praia da Rocha und direkt am super langen Spazierweg ins Zentrum und zu anderen Stränden. Große Supermärkte in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Kleine Geschäfte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Restaurants ( A Casa da Rocha und Restaurante F ) ebenfalls in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Große Garage mit E-Auto Ladestationen an jedem der Parkplätze. Jedem Appartement ist ein Parkplatz zugeordnet. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich gar nichts. Man könnte in der Küche sofort ein mehrgängiges Festessen für 8 Personen zubereiten wenn man entsprechende Lebensmittel kauft. In Summe: eine geniale Location. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: es fehlen Sitzpolster für die Stühle auf der Terrasse. Ganz kleines Problem für empfindliche Menschen: ein Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster zur Avenida dahinter und es ist nicht ganz leise. Aber kein Problem wenn man das Fenster schließt. Die Fenster isolieren gut …

The apartment was 10 out of 10, it had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, rooms were spacious, balcony was huge, sea views were amazing, location was perfect. I honestly can't fault this place.

My only critique and I'm stretching here, was there was no wind breaker at the pool. I suggest putting some kind of shield around the pool area as it's quite exposed.

The view was excellent. Staff were great and sorted out the issues asap when I told them as I got ko reply from Shantivillas even though I sent them 2 emails

The issues we had . 1. Remote on AC had dead batteries. 2.twice pices of white plastic covers fell off the wall in bedroom. 3.shower water not going down drain, hence water filling up in shower . 4. Large scrape on coffee table in living room.
