Fan not working in bathroom so got a bit stuffy at times.
PTWe loved the fact that the studio is so functional and close to a great beach, with a huge wood walkway that is great for strollers or wheelchairs.
The building was on completely on renovation and it was ok because not too much noise, but it would have been nice to have been warned before and secured that it wouldn't disturb the stay.

Building outside is being renovated so not a great filtration impression. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to reduce the shock.
DEGreat location, beautiful view. The apartment has a very nice decoration and it's very comfortable. Quiet at night. Has all the basic things we need for a short stay.
Construction work outside the building (loud noise throughout the day). The mattress was a bit hard for me.
GBGreat location (5 mins to nearby beach and 15 mins to the marina and the main strip of restaurants and bars). Beautifully decorated and very clean & comfortable. Great view from the balcony where you can see some stunning sunsets. A very helpful information booklet with lots of recommendations included at property.
We had some trouble opening the front door. The locks were quite stiff and the locks had to be opened in a specific order for the door to open. Once we understood the system it was fine but it was a little stressful at first as we thought we were locked out of the apartment. This didn’t affect our overall stay though but may be useful for guests to know beforehand.
GBGBWhat a lovely little studio! Super clean and comfortable inside - you can really see a lot of thought went into making the place a great holiday flat. It’s just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful beach and few minutes more to Alvor town. Thank you for a great stay.
The only negative would be the outside of the building. It’s been neglected with paint and plaster falling off in places. Inside the studio is perfect though.
