This apartment was lovely, we stayed in Madeira to do some walking so this apartment was great. It had a fully working kitchen, and everything we needed! It was all very clean, and on the good bus routes to get everywhere we needed. It also had such a wonderful view from the balcony!

There was no breakfast included. This is a separate apartment located outside of Funchal capital city (15 minutes by car from Airport, 20 minutes to downtown in Funchal capital city), but it has a panorama view to the Atlantic Ocean directly from the 4th floor balcony! Attached my own pictures...I would strongly recommended to any Family would like to forget city noise and life stress...

The location was beautiful and had a balcony that overlooked the town and ocean. There are many good restaurants in Caniço that are close to the condo and it is has quick access to the expressway and airport. It was also nice to have two bedrooms and two different bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and drying rack.

Parking is not convenient. You have to find a parking spot on a busy road; this didn't make a lot of sense because most other condo owners had private parking on the property. We had to haul our luggage up a steep hill which wasn't fun. Also, the apartment does not have AC, which isn't a big problem. However, when we opened the windows and doors to let the breeze through, some of them did not have screens (but shutters). We got back that evening and there were a ton of bugs in the apartment and they continued to come back each day. We had to set out a bowl of vinegar to attract and kill them, as well as sweep up a lot of the bugs off the floor every day. If the property would put screens on all of the doors and windows, it would be perfect.

The apartment is spacious, has a very nice sea view, nice furniture, two full bathrooms, very well equipped, friendly neighbours. We loved it!

It is not easy to find a parking place. The road is a little bit noisy in the master bedroom. The apartment was generally very well cleaned, but they missed the oven, which was a mess. There were soap, dishsoap, dishwasher tablet, toilet paper, etc. only enough for 1-3 days, we were to buy all of these on our second day.
