Really enjoyed my stay - the apartment was clean and comfortable. I loved the view from my apartment (I was on the top floor). the location was perfect. Walking distance to the gondola and the parking where most of the tour operators pick up.

The noise from the street outside is pretty loud. Especially at night you can hear every car/motorcycle. I recommend bringing earplugs. I always have earplugs when i travel so the noise was a minor issue. I would stay here again but it may be a problem for light sleepers. Also there are very few tv channels. Not great when the weather is bad and you are stuck inside

The traffic is extremely loud. The only relatively quiet hours are from midnight to 7 am.

Spacious accommodation that had everything we could need. Sea view, the Mercado market, and Santa Maria street were just around the corner. The owner was very kind and thoughtful — he even prepared a basket with coffee and cake for us. That really made our days. I was able to do laundry, bake, and cook there. A very luxurious stay for a great price. I recommend it with all my heart. We will definitely come back.

I stayed here with my friend and we truly enjoyed our time. The apartment is in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

For longer stays host should provide fresh towels and emptying of garbage sooner than the 6th day of a stay. There were instructions to empty garbage in the outdoor trash but no garbage bags for replacement. Wifi was intermittent half of the time, it helped that I bought a good data plan.

We really liked this accommodation- apartment is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Hosts are really nice and helpful. Easy check in and great location. Great place!

I stayed on the 1st floor (there is a ground and a 2nd floor also). Firstly, the road is noisy, and the windows do not block out the sound. However, I knew this from reading other reviews, so it isn't a criticism just a point for people to consider. The traffic noise did not bother me as I was so busy out in the day that I could have slept through a party by the time I got back. The apartment was very clean, it had everything you'd need from a hairdryer that nearly blasted me away to a clothes dryer and iron/ironing board. It has all the kitchen things you would need to cook, and they left coffee pods for the machine BONUS!. The bathroom was a great size, and there was storage space in the bedroom. The location for me was perfect, at the edge of old town very close to the sea wall, a wonderful walk through the cobbled roads with painted doors to get to the bus depot/cable car and a little further on the port. A little cafe about 100m that opened around 7-8, it changed day to day. Great coffee toasties, etc. Round the corner a cafe/bar that did nice food and great Poncha. It is a great place for a 1st timer wanting to explore the island easily.
