La ubicación, calle muy empinadas, hay que subir muchos escalones para acceder al apartamento, interior de la vivienda está bastante mal, no se coincide con las fotos en Booking.com, no hay puerta en la ducha por lo que el agua a bañarse se sale ...

I didnt like anything

The bed is not good, and there is very little cutlery in the kitchen. The price the host put for this flat, he should put more items in the kitchen, is not good for the money

Keys were in a safety box that was attached to the front door. There is a lovely restaurant just two doors down! Also, the bakery on the corner is worth a stop in the morning if you are looking for true Portuguese hospitality. Bring cash though!

In the days before arrival, I received an overwhelming amount of rules and warnings from the host — endless instructions, reminders and stress about keeping him updated via WhatsApp and even a penalty if you arrive after 22:00. It felt more like preparing for an inspection than going on a trip. After all that pressure about being on time and keeping him informed, I received a message on the day of arrival saying the key was in a lockbox and that was it. No host, no welcome — just a code and good luck. All those strict rules from the host, but none of the responsibility or hospitality in return. The front door of the building was always unlocked and even left ajar, and the inner door didn’t close properly either, so I never felt safe. The apartment feels like a damp basement — it smells of mould, has no window or fresh air in the bedroom, and several areas are used as storage for paint and junk. The courtyard door is held shut with a broomstick from the outside, and the courtyard itself is dirty and full of rubbish. The kitchen looks nice but has no equipment to cook, so I had to eat out on top of the €340 I already paid. I reported everything with photos and was promised a refund, but a month later I still haven’t received anything — both the owner and Booking.com keep sending generic replies and don’t follow through on what they promise.

El apartamento, muy bien equipado para estadía corta.

Las puertas de entrada del edificio y del apartamento, presentan dificultad para abrirlas y cerrarlas. Muy concurrido por jóvenes, por lo que es muy difícil descansar de noche ya que el ruido es permanente.

Absolutamente nada, el sitio insalubre desordenado e inseguro. Ahora a esperar el reembolso que Booking no te da ninguna info.

La ventana asegurada con un palo de escoba, las paredes y el suelo lleno de humedad y moho, olor nauseabundo de humedad, completamente insalubre e incómodo, y Booking no hace ningún tipo de reconocimiento ni confirmación de estos lugares incomodando a los viajeros

Tout les équipement électroménager nécessaire pour notre séjour.

Pub mensongère, nous nous sommes pas senti bien dans ce logement. Dans la salle de bain la porte coulissante est défectueuse. Lorsqu’on va au toilette il faut faire attention que la peinture ne s’effrite pas et qu’il nous tombe pas dessus. Les chambres sont pas propres il y’a des taches et des trous alors que sur les photos c’est tout beau tout blanc. Et sur le lit des cheveux et des poils.
