Всем кто хочет встретить Новый год,я рекомендую эту квартиру.Хоть и квартира уже требует ремонта в ней очень уютно, было тепло и чисто,с хорошей посудой, моющими средствами,стиральная машина и кофемашина с капсулами.В центре старого города, поблизости 3 места с разными концертами,в 100 метрах красивая панорамная площадка с которой видны салюты и весь город как на ладони.отдельное спасибо хозяину Nuno,он был очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный, разрешил нам сделать поздний выезд

Квартира требует ремонта

Great location right close by to the cathedral, and a very quirky typical Portuguese style property. Styled in a very sort of old but cool way. With a choice of bars and restaurants close by if you didn’t want to go down to the main town area.

Nothing really, only one gripe, is please change the type of pillows supplied for the bed - very hard and uncomfortable.

Un hôte très sympa et disponible nous ayant même porté des pastel de nata. Un immense appartement situé à deux pas de la vieille cathédrale et tout proche de l'université, bénéficiant d'une superbe vue, mais un peu difficile d'accès en voiture et sans parking sur place.

Pour les paresseux : il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle !

Nuno and Isabel were truly understanding our flight was canceled so we arrived 24 hours later! Thye were very accommodating. Location, amenities were as described and pictured. We did not use the washing machine, unsure if it had a dryer. The weather was 🌧 what we expected in November. Everything was within walking distance. Parking was a bit tricky, one way narrow streets, Nuno was very helpful. There are spots but may not be as close as you would like for overnight parking especially after the commuters are home. 3 x restaurants and a corner store in the square next to the apartment. Main shopping street down the stairs next to the corner shop. Lovely coffee shop, go to the left of the cathedral on the square and follow the street up and to the right. Alot of students live in this historic area for the Coimbra University. The students have many traditions so 2 of the nights they were singing and yelling into the wee hours. We had earplugs. Beds are European firm. Showers were fabulous, hot and great pressure. Nespresso and chocolate were a nice welcome. The apartment had 4 bedrooms and all you could need. Heaters made the place cosy, turned on when we were home and not all were needed. We didnt use the propane one in the living room. Beautiful views. Isabel and Nuno were exceptionally helpful. I would stay here again. I hope this is helpful.

Wonderful location and very comfortable apartment!

The apartment had lots of charm, a lovely ambience being an older building and a spectactular view across the old city to the river and beyond. It was spacious, comfortable and homely and in a convenient location for walking to the sights and restaurants. Nuno, the host, was helpful and a lovely person.

Although the apartment provided everything we needed there was one little thing that could have been better - the pillows were on the hard side.

Dit ruime appartement ligt op een ideale locatie midden in het oude centrum van Coimbra. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en de bijzonder vriendelijke host Nuno, die op de benedenverdieping woont, doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Hij reed op de eerste dag zelfs met ons mee om een gratis parkeerplaats te vinden. Geweldig verblijf!

Als ik iets zou moeten noemen, is het dat sommige bedden een beetje piepen als je je omdraait. Over het algemeen hebben we echter prima geslapen.
