The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bistros, the ocean, shops, and public transport, all within just a few minutes’ walk. Thanks to being on the 5th floor, the apartment is quiet and free from street noise. The bedroom and balcony are perfect for relaxation and rest. I planned my stay in Porto to be quite active, so it was very important for me to have a place where I could relax, but also easily access a supermarket. The amenities in the building were very helpful (elevator, clean hallways, solid doors), and all of this made it possible to explore the city comfortably without worrying about the things left in the apartment or about resting after returning from sightseeing.

A better coffee machine would be useful.

La tranquilidad del edificio. La cercanía a la playa y a la zona comercial. La amplitud de la plaza de garaje.

El apartamento necesita de un repaso integral. Una buena mano de pintura, El suelo de parqué está machacado. Yo pondría fundas en el sofá porque se ve muy usado. Las sillas del comedor están hundidas. Faltan lámparas en la entrada, en la cocina y en la galería. El baño tiene una luz pésima ( sólo funciona uno de los focos). Tampoco hay ni un reloj en toda la casa. Mejoraría mucho si pusieran un espejo a la entrada y retiraran el taburete, cuya tapicería no puede tener más manchas. La cocina en cambio, está bien equipada, aunque no estaría de más una air fryer y algún mantel de tela. En sentido positivo, el agua del baño sale con presión y a una temperatura adecuada.la

La iluminación del baño es muy pobre.

Todo impecable , cama inmejorable, plaza de garaje muy cómoda, wiffi genial y la situación muy buena. Tiene gel, papel higiénico, lavavajillas, producto para lavadora.....

Televisión muy pequeña y necesita renovar la sartén por el teflón. Algo sin importancia.

Good location & comfortable accommodation in residential block.Shower really needs to be updated.

Check in is not great. Went to pick up keys as arranged in Porto office but not available. Let us have early check-in & late checkout . Definitely confirm before.

Picking up the keys is not easy because the office is far from the apartment.
