We were there during a period of intense rain, and the house is not well prepared for it due to lack of extra towels and/or a washing machine.

the bathroom was all wet when we were showering, the beds are small, the second floor was always scrooping, also we have ants in the kitchen...

NOCASpacious apartment in great location. Good kitchen. The heating system worked well. We stayed in the upstairs unit, which had a nice view of the hills around Furnas. Good communication: an issue with the apartment door lock was quickly addressed by management.
