Especially the location

Great location!

1. The property falsely advertised "free parking," which was misleading as no parking was available, only suggestions for finding parking nearby. This discrepancy between the advertisement and reality is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. 2. It was really inconvenient to have to go to a different location for check-in then after finally get to the property. 3. The staff encountered during check-in were quite rude. 4. We were presented with a list of rules and potential fines starting from €100/€250 during check-in, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. The only option was to sign and agree or start looking for another bed for the night. We perceived this lack of transparency as unprofessional and unsettling.

The location is perfect for walking to anything one needs. The apartment was in good order at my arrival which is nice. The water pressure in the shower was great.

The bed mattress and frame quality are awful! There was a constant sewage smell walking into the bathroom. There is also a constant drip that I could not identify and stop. the apartment blueprint is very weird and makes it very tight and very difficult to feel at home.

In general it was stuffy and smelled of mold, especially in the bathroom which was really stinky. The window of the bedroom faced an inner wall of the building. The apartment was relatively clean, but some of the towels had stains on them. The mattresses were really uncomfortable. Very very steep stairs to the second room, not recommended for small children/older people. The hospitality was below expectations. It was a mistake to order from them for the second time after the first time we got an apartment where every time you turn on an electrical device (kettle/stove/water heater) the electricity jumped... The price is way too high for what you get. The straw that broke the camel's back is that because of the flight we could only pick up the key from the rental company at 19:30 and not at 19:00 so they charged us another 20 euros!! We will not be back again.

Location, cleanliness, value were great. Loved the balcony.

The bathroom smelled a little like sewage, and one night the toilet backed up. It was late, and my friend was not feeling well, so we def needed the bathroom! The plunger on site was too short and did not fit properly in the toilet, so that was no help. When I called the reception/property mgr, she said they'd send someone in the morning, around 10:30am! This was unacceptable, and I had to beg and plead with her to try and call an emergency plumber. Finally, she conceded and the plumber showed up around 1am. Not sure why she was so resistant to calling him in the first place, but I'm glad he came through! Also, the upstairs AC unit wasn't blowing cold air the first day, but the second day seemed to be working better.

Good areas and quite comfortable.. breakfast is delivered to the door and is quit good!
