Apartamento Cardoso

The apartment had everything, but I mean EVERYTHING that we needed. From sunscreen to parasol; from shower gels to face cleaning wipes.. And dihumidifiers were saving our lives since it is so easy to get humid inside!! I am not even talking about the kitchen.. It had every general necessity (oil, spices, papers etc.) Bed was super comfy. It was an amazing stay for us!!

Since it is the entrance floor, I don't know from exactly where but in the nights there were some ants walking on the ground, didnt bother us or our food tho

A great place to stay. Better than advertised.

There were water bottles and crackers for us. Iit was very thoughtful. Thank-you

Everything was perfect

Well stocked apartment with everything you might need, you name it it's in there 😉 from a small heater used a little, dehumidifier a must as 6 litres of water sucked out over 3 nights, air-conditioning didn't use, very caring hosts thank you.

The only thing to mention is the bed mattress could do with being replaced, ok it's Portuguese and therefore only 4ft wide and for two large people you've not got a lot of room to move and you also have a big roll together problem (two peas in a pod effect) as the the poor thing over the years must have had the stuffing kicked out of it lol, my advice is to drink more and sleep less 😆

Good location. Very clean but rather dated (i.e. not like the photos on Booking.com)

There was a strong damp smell. A noisy dehumidifier was provided which I kept switched on most of the time and had to empty the water reservoir 3 times during our 7 night stay. The probable reason being that the bathroom had no extractor. Healrh and safety concerns (i) the washing machine did not have a top cover, thus the electrics were exposed. Being under the draining board in the kitchen there was an exposed gap and water could run into the electrics. The light bulb in communal hallway did not have an appropriate fitting and was held by the electrical wires.
