Nomad's Easy Stay - 1BED Porto Marquês

Muito espaçoso, bem equipado, confortável. Tem supermercado e metro próximos. A luz natural do apartamento também melhorou a experiência.

Nada a apontar

Near to the metro station and it’s really cheap and easy to get around with metro. There are nice coffee shops just around the corner. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the center.

Apartment was clean but shower was not that fresh.

This accommodation was amazing for its facilities, location and comfort. It was just a 20min taxi from the airport and was easy to access through a lock box after hours. The location was just a 15minute down-hill walk from Bolhao market and 30min from the Ribeira. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen facilities were great for making lunch and breakfast in the apartment.

Unfortunately, at our stay one of the pillows had mould on it, leaving us unable to use it during our trip.

Id have liked to know before hand that half of Rua das 12 Casas down to Rua da Alegria was most likely a contrstruction site since had 2 big luggages and I have some health issues myself.....if that was so, I could have made a more suitable choice for my 8 days in Porto. .. Uber couldn't get there at certain hours of the day bcause the entrance was blocked by trucks. The shower floor / corners had old MOLD. Lots of those little flies everywhere from day one... Had to open the door many times a day to try to get rid of them since I'm allergic to the product sold at the supermarket The floor needs some maintenance

very nice and clean facilities; fully equipped kitchen (including stove); everything is compact, yet spacious enough to feel comfortable even for long stay; metro Marquês and a lot of cafes/restaurants near by

Soon after I moved, there started some street reconstruction works and continued for the whole stay. Thankfully the noise didn't disturb me (the apartment have windows/balcony on the other side), but it was quite dirty outside, so I had to sweep the floor regularly. There were some drain flies (Psychodidae) -- those are harmless (they don't transmit diseases, not attracted to food and usually just chill on the walls), but they still can get annoying :( BTW, I didn't had any problems with the bathroom sink or the shower drain, so maybe their presence was related to the reconstruction works.

The modern design, the kitchen stuff and amenities, bathroom and great hair dryer. The balcony 🙏😍

the place for shoes - don’t know where to put them, no shelf or at least a wardrobe: only cleaning stuff took it’s place.

The space was really nice and clean. The key pick up and drop off was a bit far. The location wasn't great. Had to take the metro or taxi to get really central (or long walk).

I wish there was a coffee table, and the couch was a bit small. It would have been nice if the kitchen had salt and pepper and oil. There was also no workspace but that was okay.
