Nice, small but enough space

L'appartamento era accogliente con tutto il necessario, in una buona posizione con mezzi a portata di mano e la tranquillità.

Lo stendino per la biancheria era rotto.

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet yet interesting, neighbourhood of Lisbon (Santos). Spanning two floors, it is small but welcoming and cozy, some outdoor space that we did not take advantage of because of the weather. Bed large and comfortable (we love hard mattresses), bathroom adequate. Kitchen has enough utensils if you are not a gourmet chef (but again, we did not really took advantage of the kitchen). There are quite a few stairs, both to the apartment and inside, but after all it's Lisbon (if you don't like stairs probably you've chosen the wrong destination). Place is very clean (very clean), looks almost new, given the size recommended for a romantic escapade for a couple. Conversation with owner was pleasant and precise, although quite business-like.
