Chegamos e estava tudo cheiroso, esse ponto foi positivo. A cama era confortável com edredom bom! Ar condicionado funcionando.

A tv não tem Netflix. Chegamos e não tinha nenhuma água para bebermos . Acho válido ter sal e pimenta e óleo para conseguir fazer comida no local e não tinha xampu nos banheiro.

location is in a fairly busy street, needed a car to go anywhere to eat. The flat was large though a lot of the space wasn't really needed even for more people. The facilities were generally clean and bed comfortable.

If you're after a quiet stay then look elsewhere. The poorly fitted windows to the front meant that the road noise was pretty bad at times. The noise of the flat above was pretty constant and continued late into the evening with occasional running and child crying loudly. The worst thing was on the first night when starting around 9 pm a group of guys began a 5-a side football game directly below the balcony at the rear, which continued until after 11 pm . There were floodlights shining the whole time into the apartment and the noise of screaming was unbearable so I couldn't use the large lounge and had to go into the bedroom with earphone to try and block out the noise. On booking I was aware of a football pitch behind the building but naturally didn't expect that it would be so close and loud and continue late preventing the enjoyment and relaxation at the end of a day and use of the lounge area. The main pitch wasn't an issue as the noise from there wasn't so bad and it didn't go on past 10pm, it is the smaller pitch right next to the flat. Clearly if you are renting and charging people for a place you need to ensure that apparent noise regulations are kept to and take a more proactive position in making sure this didn't occur. On contacting the owner she denied all knowledge of this issue and of course claimed I was the first to complain and that it wasn't an issue for the other flats so in effect why should I be complaining, very unsympathetic! She also felt the need to mention how good their ratings were. I requested a refund early the following morning but was denied this for the second night as she claimed I had passed the cut off for the check out, which wasn't true when I first contacted Booking and her at 9.15 a.m, so had to endure more noise.

Very spacious, large balcony, comfortable beds, great contact with staff, great value for money. Overall fantastic!

I would have to be really picky to find something.
