Alfama 44

Le logement était très propre avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La douche fonctionne bien, bonne pression et eau chaude (flacons de shampoing et gel douche fournis en bonne quantité). L'isolation des fenêtres est bonne, heureusement car il y avait des travaux dans les rues (préparation d'une fête pour le mois de juin et restaurant à proximité avec Fado tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h). La climatisation fonctionnait bien. Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi le quartier de l'Alfama, il est typique et proche des commerces. Les rues avec pavés grimpent partout mais le logement est situé en bas de l'Alfama. La propriétaire avait envoyé toute les informations pour récupérer les clés avant notre arrivée (parfait).

Le matelas était un peu dur pour nous. Il y a 3 étages (un logement sur chaque). Nous étions au 2ème. Y penser pour ceux qui marchent mal.

Apartman çok ufak. En büyük problem, cam açınca dışardan gelen ağır yemek kokusu, evi hiçbir zaman havalandıramıyorum.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, up quite steep steps (which is fairly usual for historic buildings like this one) - so it wouldn't be the right choice for more elderly visitors or those with mobility issues

We liked the apartment and the amenities. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a four-night stay. Also, we liked the close proximity to the main city and the sites. Also, the host was very communicative and responded immediately to any of our concerns.

The only negatives we experienced, the taxi dropped us off where we had to haul our luggage for 20 minutes. This was rectified for our return with a much closer pickup point. The steps to the apartment might be challenging for some users and finally, the immediate outside locale was very unkempt. There is nothing here that would prevent us from staying in the future.

Dobra lokacija, komforno, dobro opremljena kuhinja, udobni kreveti i apt ima smo sve što je potrebno za turistički boravak.

Imale smo izuzetnu neprijatnost tokom boravka. Pokradene smo tokom večeri koju smo provele van apartmana. Soba je bila zaključana a iz nje su nestale baterije za mobilni i selfi štap. Srećom novac i dokumenta uvek nosimo sa sobom. Činjenica da neko ko nije osoblje može da ulazi u apartman je zastrašujuća. Kontaktirale smo vlasnicu koja je obećala da će se angažovati da rešimo problem. Angažman se sastojao u tome da nas je sutradan ujutru pozvao njen advokat i posavetovao da odemo u policiju a da će nam on obezbediti potrebnu dokumentaciju 😐 Nismo to uradile jer nismo planirale da provedemo dan sa policijom umesto na zakazanoj turi. Vlasnica se nije potrudila da nam bilo kojim gestom smanji ili nadoknadi štetu i stres. Mi smo već oštećene, ovo je upozorenje budućum gostima.
