Eine tolle Altstattwohnung, sehr gepflegt und mit origineller Ausstattung. Gute Austattung in der Küche, einfach gemütlich. Die Lage ist am Rande der Altstadt und ruhig, bist aber um die Ecke sofort bei Restaurants und Bare.

This apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a large kitchen, allowing you to experience life in a bit wealthy family in Porto. The interior is also stylishly designed. There is an elevator, so even if you have heavy luggage, it won't be a problem. Although it is located within the old town, it is not in a touristy area, so you can experience the everyday life of Porto residents living in the historic district. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. In addition, it is very well located within walking distance of central Porto, where you can find attractions such as Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis, Se do Porto, and Ponte Luis I. The owner, Raul, is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions. However, to communicate smoothly, it is advisable, especially for Japanese travelers who mainly use LINE, to have WhatsApp available.

As other reviewers have mentioned, if you arrive by car, it can be a bit difficult to enter the parking area and park inside. However, Raul will send detailed instructions via WhatsApp, so in my case, I was able to park successfully by following them.

La ubicación es muy buena. Se puede ir caminando hasta la mayoría de los sitios de interés. Cerca hay restaurantes y cafés muy agradables. Pero como la casa da a un patio interior no hay ruido y pudimos descansar genial. El anfitrión, aunque no lo conocimos personalmente fue muy atento, nos dio toda la información que le pedimos y en la casa nos dejó un mapa y unas bebidas en el frigorífico. El garaje dentro del edificio también es un valor añadido.

Todo estaba perfecto. Solo aconsejaríamos unas toallas de ducha algo más grandes y tener alguna almohada más blanda.

Espectacular todo. Superó mis expectativas. Recomendable 100%.

The location was perfect for the tours we arranged and exploring Porto on our own. The apartment is well equipped.

The apartment was very cold when we arrived. We turned both heaters on full blast while we went for dinner but the apartment was still cold when we got back. We didn't sleep well that night. My wife was congested and had a sinus headache in the morning. We ended up missing our tour. The next night our host, Rual, checked the heaters and the one in the living room was not set to the heating mode. By then the bedroom was warm and with both heaters going we were able to make the apartment comfortable. Rual has good intentions but the apartment should have been warm before we arrived. Also, Rual provides a parking spot in the underground garage but it is a challenge to get through the narrow garage door and turn the car around in the tight space.

Muy cerca de las cosas que ver. En barrio con mucho ambiente nocturno y de restaurantes pero a la vez tranquilo para dormir, no hay ruidos. Aparcamiento con acceso desde la casa. El anfitrión muy atento y preocupado por todo, contacto muy rápido con él si necesitas algo.

El zumbido del extractor de aire del baño que es constante. Se solucionó cerrando la puerta.

Estaba todo muy limpio, bien equipado, super silencioso.

Solo faltaba un detalle, una bayeta en la cocina!
