Lisbon Fabulous T2 apartment with balcony in Rossio Lisbon

Everything was nearby. Kitchen very well equipped. In the evening very nice to sit on the balcony.

For breakfast on the balcony a parasol, sunshade, would be great. A second set of keys would be great as Well.

I was originally told by the person doing the check in that he had exams at university and so would be unavailable between 1800 - 2000hrs. I said that this was unacceptable as we would be wanting to check in at around 1830hrs. The company found someone else to do our check in. My main complaint is that we had ahead of the check in requested 2 sets of keys as we would be doing different things, travelling as 2 couples. The check in lady asked the 'office'. When I then called the office the following day having heard nothing, I was told that it was impossible to have 2 sets of keys. Given that you had to lock the door as you left, and the buzzer did not work on the street door, this was very inconvenient.

We wanted 2 sets of keys as above which we were told we could not have. Many of the windows were difficult to open and then close and the doors to the balcony also difficult to open and close.

The location was central to explore the city . the balcony was a bonus

The late check in , the rudeness of the property owner , the entrance to the apartment is right by the local garbage collection, the neighbours were very loud , lots of yelling and throwing things.. Also lots of loud foot traffic all night long.
