Gene occasionnée le 1er jour due aux travaux de façade qui ont occasionnés du bruit et des infiltrations d'eau par les porte-fenetres.

ITITL'appartamento era molto carino, anche se un po' diverso dalle foto (quelle illustrate sono di tre appartamenti separati). Siamo stati bene nonostante la terrazza non fosse agibile a causa di lavori di riparazione del tetto. La zona comodissima a tutti i servizi e di fronte al famoso tram numero 28.
Avrei voluto avere accesso alla terrazza, visto che eravamo 5 persone e avevamo solo 4 sedie, ma in generale tutto molto bello!

It already started one day before when I was already travelling. I received a message that I should pay the second part of the total amount. I thought that it was automatically as it was with the first part. When I called them they told me that the reservation would be cancelled if I don't pay. As I was at the airport, I had no possibility to make a money transfer and had to ask a friend to do it on my behalf. In my opinion, they should have asked me a week before and not a day before. The strange thing is that there was a "apparently" a problem with my credit card but for the first part of the payment it had worked. The credit card was and is still the same. One night there was a power cut and we had no light until the next morning. When I called them they said that I should try to fix it by myself giving me instructions over the phone and WA (there was no staff in the building) on how to do it. I'm not an electrician and was afraid of doing it. The apartment is in the basement and it was originally a wine cellar with two small windows in the living room. The bedroom doesn't have a window to open and therfore no ventilation. The tram 🚃 is passing by directly and it's a busy street with a lot of traffic and extremely noisy. One night I saw something moving behind that window and when I got closer, I could see that it was a rat. This "apartment" is a real whole! The worst experience ever. I don't understand that I had to pay such a lot of money for it???
PLMieszkanie bardzo przestronne i położone w dobrej lokalizacji. W pobliżu tramwaj, pieszo do centrum też nie jest daleko. Wyposażone we wszystko co przydatne. Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości
Mogłoby być bardziej czysto, blat stołu w salonie się lepił a pod prysznicem było dość brudno
