"Net appartement, goede ligging."

De ligging van het appartement is prima. Je kunt prachtig wandelen in de natuur en met 10 min ben je bij de baai. Het is wel hoog/laag dus je moet wel een beetje goed ter been zijn. Appartement is netjes en volledig ingericht.

In de omschrijving staat dat er een jacuzzi is, maar die was er niet. Het meest nadelige vonden wij dat de badkamers inpandig waren, dus geen ramen en er was in beide badkamers geen afzuiging/ventilatie. Daardoor bleef alles erg vochtig.

"Easy breezy stay"

Nice flat and pool, well equipped kitchen and an easy location making it a very comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out via key box/code. We stayed for 2 weeks and were kindly offered a change of sheets and towels half way through. Great there was a dehumidifier as it is quite damp in that part of the world.

We were surprised there was no air-conditioning ( I had not even thought to check) but we were lucky with the weather and the constant cross breeze that it was not really needed. We were also a bit surprised by the terms and conditions in a very comprehensive book in the apartment that were not mentioned on booking (eg. 25 euro fines for not taking out the garbage or not emptying the dishwasher)

The accommodation itself is wonderful and is very well equipped. It is in a quiet location and has an excellent property manager if you ever need him. This is an exceptional property in all respects. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Casa Edie to anyone looking for 2 bedrooms in São Martinho.
