Great location just a short walk into the old town. Having a garage for our car was very convenient. The apartment is quite large and roomy.

The place could do with a good clean. I think that the floor of the kitchen and bathrooms were probably mopped but not the living and bedrooms. The soles of my feet were black each day from walking around the apartment. We wiped down the dining table because it looked dusty and the white paper towel we used was soon black.

The apartment is bigger and more comfortable than it looks in the photos. Location is perfect, just a few blocks from most attractions. We didn't need a car. The hostess is super friendly, polite, and made arrangements to meet us for check-in and out when it was convenient for us. If I could, I would rate it 15 out of 10!

Very spacious apartment, with nice views (including a view of the Bom Jesus do Monte sanctuar), set in a very good location to explore the old city. The host, Alexandra, was very nice and accommodating

Alexandra met us at the door and gave us an extensive explanation of how everything worked. We were showed the parking space, garage door, and everything useful within the flat. The location is very good : just a few minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. We had dinner down town and, when coming back, realized we had left with the wrong set of keys (actually my house keys). Alexandra showed up literally in the middle of the night to let us in, without showing the littlest sign of contrariety. We were so shameful. She is a real pearl.

Of course it would have been better had there been a keypad to open the doors...

The location was close to centre. Easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

The only complaint was that the hot water was inconsistent, going hot to cold during showers.

I have to say, everything was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Massive apartment and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Alexandra was amazing, location minutes walk to town center. Neighbourhood quiet. I will definitely be back!! Thank you
