Apartamento Alberto

The apartment was very nice, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, nice balcony and view. Good location. Fatima was very nice and positive person. We had parking for free.

It was close to the bus station, it was close to the shops, it had private parking.

Honestly, this was the best accommodation I ever had. Usually there is always some little thing missing in rented appartment, but this time it was really awsome. The apartment has everything you can possibly need and by everything I mean everything, not only usual stuff like fridge (here even with ice maker), washing machine (here tumble dryer provided as well) or micorwave oven. When I needed scissors, I found them. When I needed electrical extension cord, it was there. I even found the spare bulbs (did not use them, but they were provided). Two bathrooms were very comfortable, two balconies were great (each facing other side, so you can use one befor and one after noon), view from one balcony to quiet courtyard, view from another one to the ocean. Living room spacious and comfy, wi-fi strong. The big dedicated parking lot in the underground garage (can fit two cars) was really something as in Funchal and surrounding it is not easy to find space to park on the street. Location great, there is bakery, pub, small supermarket and pizzeria ring in the building, big supermarket 8 minutes walking and big shopping mall 15 minutes walking. There is quite heavy traffing during the day, which you can hear when sitting on the balcony as big roundabout is nearby, but once you close the windows (you can close the shutters as well), you can get peaceful sleep. Neighbors super quite as well, so this is really place to rest when needed. Communication with Gary right after booking seamless and later on with Fatima who made sure no information is missing. Our flight arrived to Funchal at midnight and Fatima was waiting for us at that time in front of the building to handle us the key and introduce the appartment + garage. She stayed in touch during the stay via WhatsUp so this was very comfortable. I forgot to mention one important thing: the place was spotlessly clean. Thanks a lot Fatima and Gary !

I really cannot think of anything negative in connection with the appartment.

The apartment was great and we had everything we needed.It also had a balcony with a great view and it was the perfect place to drink your coffee in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.The host was also very nice and communicative and permitted us to check in early and also check out late,which we really appreciated.For sure we will choose this place again when we return to Madeira.

location suited us. good range of coffee shops nearby . supermarket very near and a larger one within walking. bus stop nearby and I did catch bus to Funchal. can walk to nearest clothes shopping centre 10 minutes or so. 2 underground parking spaces and a lift .balcony got afternoon sun

we did have an issue with lack of hot water at times. I could hear the pipes and plumbing of the upstairs apartment. there was a bit of an odour in the en suite bathroom. a spare set of keys would of been useful for 4 adults. no chair on smaller balcony

Very nice clean and spacious apartment with all amenities you need to feel like at home good location close to Farmosa Beach with dramatic view many restaurants and convenience store nearby big parking space for two cars and lovely lady owner who waited as till late night coz our flight was late overall good place to spend your holiday thank you
