La estancia en general fue correcta, pero tuvimos varios inconvenientes. En la página indicaba que el check-in se podía hacer hasta las 00:00, pero el mismo día de la llegada el dueño me contactó para decirme que, si no llegaba antes de las 21h, tendría que pagar unas tasas adicionales. Estas tasas no estaban indicadas en ningún sitio al hacer la reserva, lo cual me pareció poco transparente. Además, el alojamiento no tenía ni jabón, algo básico que se espera encontrar, y las camas no eran muy cómodas. Sería importante que estos aspectos se aclararan y se mejoraran para futuras estancias.

Gostei da recepção por parte dos funcionários e o apartamento localiza se perto dos supermercados o que facilita muito.

Location was perfect and in a good area

Parking was not always available but can park on the side street

The location of this apartment is very good: It is located in between the Praia da Rocha, the historic center, some local cafes and restaurants, a yoga studio and only 10 min walk to 2 big supermarkets. It is well-equipped with nearly everything that you need. The balcony is a nice plus and also the pool that belongs to the apartment complex.

They wrote to me after check-in but didn't notify me about the security deposit that they wanted in cash. Apparently, it is written in the page on Booking. They could state it better in the welcome message to make it more clear and have the amount ready upon check-in. This is a big building and the neighbours above and next-door are people who go to sleep in the early morning hours and make a lot of noise during night and during the week-end. As the walls are very thin, you literally hear everything. The hot water comes sometimes sparely or stops completely. The person who overlooks the apartment explained to me that this is because the boiler is outside the apartment and gets cold during the winter. Not so good if you want to wash your hair. The apartment got very cold during November and the small heater didn't help to the sleeping room up. A bigger bedsheet would be good. Cleanliness could be improved as the bathroom, kitchen and some kitchen utensils were not very clean when I checked-in. The sofa seems to have been used by animals as there were animal hairs all over. A hairdryer and some kitchen utensils would be worth to have in the apartment.
