FLH Alfama Lovely Studio

Location was great but there were major problems with the sewage system in the flat.

We were in ground floor flat. The sewage system was useless and so the toilet was always blocked. There was build up of water into the shower when trying to wash yourself. We called the office and they sent someone to fix it. After a day, the problem was back. There is mould in the flat. Pigeon appear to live somewhere near the entrance and so there was a lot of pigeon droppings at the entrance. I will never go back to this place again.

The location and the apartment

On arrival the toilet was unsightly and blocked. The shower and basin were also blocked. The shower nozzle hose was broken resulting in the hot water wasting and the shower not working properly. These issues were addressed after a time once notified but it did mean we were inconvenienced for the first day of our 3 day stay.. We were told the cleaners had notified reception that it was blocked prior to our arrival. We arrived early afternoon & this was not rectified until evening.The shower was fixed the second day.

Location is great, friendly staff at reception desk when picking up the keys.

The rest. The flat was unclean and smelled moldy. Not a nice stay and wouldn't recommend it.

Great loaction in Alfama district.

We were in Lisbon in July/August and the weather was really hot. The apartment had no air condition, which makes the place - especially the loft - very hot. Therefore not such a good place to sleep at. There was something looking like mold surrounding one of the windows.
