A surcharge of €15 applies for arrivals after 22h check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. From 15/09/2024 until 31/06/2025 there will be works on the facade of the building, the works will restart after 1/10/2025 until 31/12/2025. Renovation work is taking place until 15/06/2025. The exterior and interior painting, rooftop terrace and upper floors are under renovation. Maintenance work of the terraces will be carried out from 06/10/2025 to 15/02/2025. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 08:00 AM to 06:00PM Please note that some areas of the property may not be accessible or be temporarily inaccessible to guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Very nice apartment in busy area"

Clean, bright, well equipped, spacious, modern, comfortable, renovated apartment, with heat, air, dishwasher, washing machine, elevator, underground parking, large screen smart tv, ocean view, across from beach. 2 bathrooms. Apartment is actually nicer than the photos depict.

Uncomfortable hard punishment beds, construction going on in the next apartment and in elevator areas... (not the fault of the apartment but you should understand that it is located in party central. We were subjected to loud drunk caterwauling from sports fans and partiers late into the night that could be heard quite clearly into the apartment.. Mind you it was Friday and Saturday night, don’t know if the rest of the week might be quieter.)

A good size apartment, with free parking which was a bonus. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice little balcony with views of the beach.

Hot water didn't last long at all and no amenities provided (bodywash etc). We were a family of 5 and it was gone in 15 mins on both the evening and the following morning. Needs to be better. Location is great, BUT just around the corner is a nightclub and at 1:30am on a Sunday Night / Monday AM it was super loud - music and people.

"Overall very good but unable to get a good night sleep."

Nice property with all facilities. Walking distance from beaches and main shops.

Too close to night clubs; too much noises at night till 3am. So difficult to get a good night sleep unless you are one of the people partying at night.

"Decent apt in a great spot"

Very close to the beach, nicely furnished and very comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms was a nice bonus.

WiFi went down halfway through our stay but didn't really affect us as we weren't home most of the day. Stove was a pain to work as our coffee moka pot, which we bring with us for fresh coffee, was not big enough to to keep the hob on as it has automatic safety switches.

"Superb apartment great location for good nhght life and beach access"

Location , comfy beds very modern and clean inside

Location was good but very noisy at muggy didn’t know it was in the centre of all all the bars and restaurant
