A localização, o facto de ser espaçoso, ter varandas espaçosas, persianas serem eléctricas e de bom funcionamento.

No primeiro dia não tivemos água quente para tomar banho, o exaustor do fogão estava partido, havia falta de talheres, alguns tachos estavam partidos e frigideiras antigas. As cadeiras da cozinha estavam velhas, degradadas, com ferrugem, quando nos sentávamos abanavam por todo o lado, o espelho da casa de banho estava manchado. Colocámos a torradeira a funcionar fez o quadro disparar e não funcionou mais. Uma das tigelas estava partida num dos cantos (estalada). Só havia 3 rolos de papel higiénico para 4 dias, não havia sacos do lixo para repôr. Não havia um pano turco na cozinha para limpar as mãos. O prédio não tinha qualquer luz de noite, nem conseguíamos pôr a chave na porta de casa para entrar, tivemos sempre de utilizar as luzes do telemóvel. A porta mesmo trancada, sempre que alguém fechava a porta do prédio e entrava corrente de ar a porta de casa batia. O trinco da porta tem de ser melhorado, se não houve-se várias vezes durante o dia e noite a porta de casa a bater e é incomodativo para quem precisa de descansar.

Limpieza 0, estaba muy muy sucio. No pudimos cocinar, se iba la luz cada vez que conectabas la cocina. No había luz en la escalera. Muy sucio. No había calefacción. Tuvimos que pedir calefactores y mantas. Poco papel de baño 2 rollos para dos días y dos personas. No habían colgadores para las toallas, ni siquiera para la de manos. Tuvimos que usar perchas en los manillares de las puertas.

could not find the location, the keys are very difficult to understand on how to use them, there were no lights in the hallways had to use our cellphone lights, very dangerous. only one coffee cup for 4 adults had to drink coffee from bowls. the wifi did not work, they said they fixed it but did not. the drain in the shower drained very slowly. pillows were horrible. only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days, we complained and they did bring 2 more rolls. would not recommend this location.

Good location

Check-out was too early at 10am and the cleaner came at 9.50. Also 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for 5 nights was a bit mean.

We loved the location of the apartment and the fact that the parking was for free. It was really close to everything we wanted to see and do, close to the city centre and to the beach.

The apartment came with a contract of extra payments in case of violation to any of the rules. It would have been better to know this in advance. The other thing was that many things in the apartment were broken or not well maintained. Like the shower head and the sofa. The wall was also dirty. Those things didn't really matter to us much, but we had this fear we would be charged since we were presented with those contracts without knowing in advance. The beds were also horrible.
