Principe Real Apartment

Nice location. Spacious with good amenities.

Fishy odour and mould in dishwasher. We were told we could store our bags at another apartment (which was about a 10min drive away) and then found that there were no available lockers.

Great location.

Need new pillows...

The location was good. It was central to restaurants and coffee/pastery shops. The sitting area and kitchen were nice as well.

Did not like the old, stained sheets in master bedroom.and the bed had hills and valleys. Pillows were also in poor state (lumpy and very stained). The shower head holder was also loose and not usable. The glass half divider for shower/tub was also loose and sometimes would leak out water.

The location was amazing! Apartment was great, clean, tidy, good facilities. Its near some beautiful squares and cafes, and very easy walk to the centre.

Generally, the apartment had what we needed - a functional kitchen, two bedrooms with three beds, good location, easy access, nice big windows. Great washing machine, but no drying rack and a clothesline in a utility closet.

As others mentioned in the reviews, the floor was not clean. It was gritty with dirt which affects the way we saw the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Everything else seemed pretty clean. The bathroom smelled when the door was left shut. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. The living room is missing a light at night. There is a tiny outside area in the back with broken glass on the ground that smells of urine (from pets?). I wouldn’t mention it except that we would have liked to keep the window/door open for air flow, but the smell was unappealing.

Apartment itself it's nice with nice kitchen but everything is dirty!!! It's just very uncomfortable to sleep plus we ended up on a dirty sofa as was bitten all over after one night in that double bed. On top of that bed is sooooo hard that is impossible to sleep. With the temperature over 30° is unbearable as no air con only one little fan for whole apartment. There is not even one hook for towels in a bathroom. And no chance for a normal shower as holder was broken so u have to hold it while showering

Very dirty from entrance until the bed rooms, a lots of dust and sand. We need to clean it by ourselves upon check-in right away. It's really unacceptable. This is the first time travel in my life that I need to do it. We killed one cockroach in our bedroom. Next day, we found one again in living room. Almost all dishes and glasses are not clean cause we found some stain of Coca-Cola and some dark spots. The water flooding after taking single shower. Need to do mopping at all times. Its missing a bath curtain. Toilet blow a lot of yellow stained and smells urine in the toilet if we don't turn on the fan to make air flow. The storage/boiler room is really really terrible arrangement for washing machine access and cleaning equipment. The vacuum is full of centuries of the dust that we put it in plastic bag. No ceiling light in living room. Very dark. We have found a pairs of used socks on the heater. SERIOUSLY!!!
