"Well placed"

The place was great and cozy. It has a lot of space, so even with 3, 4 guests you can feel comfy. All apartment is furnitured at the high level of quality. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine and dishwasher are the huge plus. The host is very friendly and communicative person. He did answer very quickly, in addition there wasn't a problem with communicating in english. All things you need are nearby: restaurants, markets, swimming pool, car rental office, breakfast bars, you name it. A free parking can be found within easy reach. I recommend this place with all my heart. It was one of the best place I rented in Booking ever.

Coffee pot could be included in the kitchen equipment. Cutting boards need to be replaced, there were dirty and used. The TV in the living room has awful sounding audio, but it's a flaw of the model.

The apartment is great and in a perfect location., close to everything. What makes this place so great is the host. He is fantastic and super available. Loads of suggestions and a great help when you are settling into a new place.The air conditioning was perfect and worked well, it is needed here in Algarve. The apartment has everything you need including a charger which was a nice touch. There is a plethora of restaurants and great nightlife.

the parking is awful but with patience you do eventually find one. You just have to get creative and recommend going to the other side of the Main Street and going to the side roads. The other thing that is just awful is the elevator availability, this is a huge apartment complex and it was terrible trying to get one. That being said we took the stairs and it worked fine. Here too just get creative and eventually you will get one. Also it would be good to have more than one roll of toilet paper available 😉
