Lovely Apartment In Sintra

Excellent location in historic center of town, right across from the National Palace of Sintra and in the heart of popular dining and shopping area. Walkable from train station and near circulator bus stop for Moorish Castle and Pena Palace. Comfortable bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen, with clothes washing machine a real plus.

Some minor confusion finding the property, as Google Maps sent us around the corner from where we needed to pick up the key, but soon sorted out by the very helpful staff member we reached by phone. All was good after that!

The location is close to the main sights and I loved the fully equipped kitchen - excellent! The gentleman who brought me the keys helped me move my luggage up & down the entrance staircase and I could store my suitcase in a safe space to enjoy Sintra for the final day.

I would have preferred a smaller double-bed over the 2 twin beds that made the bedroom feel slightly tight. The hot water kept going off and there was a strange smell in the bathroom on the second day.

The location was great in the city center The bedsheets was great quality The livingroom was cozy and warm Washer is in the unit Host left us a nice bottle of wine, coffee And water. We had an emergency and requested to change dates and the host graciously accepted our reservation change with a refund. This was very kind and compassionate of her Kindness was offered by this host.

The entrance to the apartment is very narrow The entrance door to the apartment does not have a lock on it, which made us feel uncomfortable. Bedroom door does not have a lock on the door either. Unfortunately there is a mold smell in the apartment especially in the bathroom and the bedroom areas. This smell Unfortunately triggered my migraines for our entire three days stay. We cleaned and Mopped the entire apartment and also sprayed with Lysol and it did not help the smell. The host needs to address this issue urgently As this smell of mold will impact her guests negatively. The bed in the apartment is two twin beds and for a married couple it was not comfortable for us. So we were forced to sleep separately.

The location was as central as you can get. I worried that noise from the street would be a problem but the windows kept it out. Having a clothes washer was excellent and there was a rack to dry clothes.

Very nice location in the main pedestrian zone. Very nice apartment and very well equipped. a few drinks on the table on arrival.

nothing. The only issue is ton park your car close to the apartment. there is no free parking. but that Sintra’s issue…

The apartment is located in the very center of the old town. It is close to all attractions. Equipment such that parties can be held. What more could you want? A welcome bottle of wine and soft drinks. It's super nice. Thank you!

If I had to fault it was a bit poor water pressure in the shower. There is nothing to complain about the noise at night because it is the city center, so it's normal
