Fabulous location, great apartment

Location is perfect!

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Such a good size, very clean and extremely spacious. We felt so comfortable the whole time. And the location was unmatched - close to everything Lisbon has to offer. The host was also extremely accomodating and gave great advice on restaurants and sights to see. Would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Lisbon.

The location is excellent and there is a lift. The apartment is lovely and spacious. Bathroom well appointed. Kitchen is great, has everything to cook a meal. very safe and secure.

We had provided all of our flight details and arrival times through the booking.com app. Our driver who we arranged through our booking to pick us up at the airport was excellent. He phoned the apartment to let them know we had arrived. Despite this, check-in process was frustrating and took too long. After a long flight, we wanted to relax in our apartment and unwind. Instead, we had to wait for 30-40 minutes sitting in the lobby for a lady to arrive to take us up to our apartment. Then, when in the apartment she showed us around (here’s the bedroom, bathroom etc). Completely unnecessary. She then did a credit card transaction for a holding deposit of $300 Euro. Unbeknown to us, this was processed twice, so $600 Euro. I had to make several phone calls and emails to get this reversed/credited off my credit card. it took several days to fix. in fairness to the staff who helped me with the issue, Catarina was very helpful and apologetic about the transaction issue. But still, we won’t ever book somewhere again that does not have a concierge onsite for check-in.

The place was neat, had nice appliances, and was centrally located.
