The apartment has everything needed for an excellent stay. There are small shops nearby, and it’s close enough to a main road.

We liked that it was a small apartment with a kitchenette, fridge, stove, sink, plates, utensils, etc. It also has a washing machine in the large bathroom with a large shower. The bed was comfortable and additional pillows and blankets were available. There are two air conditioners: one in the bedroom and one in the living/dining/kitchen. It was bright and it was also in a good location.

It would be helpful to have instructions for the use of the appliances, e.g., air conditioners, washing machine, TV, etc.

Although it was small, everything was functional, we were able to cook dinner. It is small with a baby but feasible.

Be aware that it is not a self check-in, you have to know at what time exactly you want to check-in. We had the option to check in at either 4:15pm or 6:30pm. The bathroom isn’t great, it’s really humid. If we were to go again in Lisbon, we would chose an apartment that is more central, because we had to walk 15-20 minutes each time we wanted to go in town, and it’s steps downwards all the way.

Location, and the pickup service by Paulo was fantastic as he gives you the rundown of the neighbourhood and lessens your worries in navigating from the airport to the accommodation.

The location and mattress were excellent.

There was mold in the bathroom in the shower and all caulking; floors and carpets were dirty, linen was clean, but rest of the suite was only surface cleaned. Sitting room was very uncomfortable. Host advertises rides to/from airport but didn’t work out for him on either.

Paulo was very polite and he picked us up from the airport. He was very friendly and it was nice talking to him. The place looks like on the images. And the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, even though we didn’t cook much. The location was also great.

It was so humid that people who have allergies or bronchitis won’t be able to stay there. Every time when we would come home we would have to open all the windows and doors to make sure that the smell goes away. I had to wash everything from my clothes, because the smell was also there. It was so humid that the metal part of my belt went black. There was also not any soup or shampoo, and even though the washing machine was there, the clothes would need like 2 days to get dry.
