Luxury Apartment in the most privileged Lisbon

The location is perfect as it is close to the MRT and grocery and feel safe even come back late. The management team reacts fast and friendly.

Small trivial things that could have done better… The pillow is too thin and soft to sleep on. The facility is not as up to standard compared to our many travel staying (ie no kitchen paper. Not enough place to hang the clothes in the shower room…etc) The shower head was not fully functioned in the shower room….

Excellent location near buses and 2 metro stations. Light, airy and very spacious apartment with lift to 7th floor.

Having been in Portugal for 4 weeks this was the most disappointing of our accommodation choices due to numerous maintenance and cleaning issues. Check in was not smooth, location is in bloco 3, not bloco 1 as per web site. Although we had registered our documents in advance for authorities we had to redo them, information given to us by check in person was sketchy. The apartment needs a deep clean and a thorough maintenance check - dish washer door off its hinge but it was attended to during our stay, A/C not working and we were asked to fiddle with the power board which we refused. Missing floor boards in the kitchen were covered with a grotty mat to hide the issue, torn curtain in one bedroom, doors in the bedrooms and kitchen scraping the floor on opening and closing which has marked the flooring. Our list of issues were pointed out to the management group by email and they indicate our concerns will be addressed so future guests can enjoy a great place to stay. The title "luxury apartment " didn't meet our expectations.

Sofia und Taii waren super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Lage ist sehr zentral, Anbindung zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist direkt gegeben (Bus und Metro direkt vor der Türe), Frühstücksmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls ums Eck,

Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer liegt direkt zur Hauptstraße was auch nachts viel Straßenlärm mit sich bringt, das sollte man wissen

Very large apartments, place for one family more than enough. Great location.

Just add some tissues to the kitchen. And was little bit hard to understand where need to throw the trash from the kitchen.

Apartamento bonito, limpio y muy amplio con dos baños y dos habitaciones, ideal para dos parejas. Camas cómodas. Muy buena zona

L'emplacement et la grandeur du logement

Fuite d'eau dans la cuisine sur les prises électriques qui requiert de fermer les disjoncteurs continuellement si nous voulons avoir de l'eau chaude ex: douche (chauffe-eau). Odeur de poisson dans le frigo et odeur désagréable provenant des climatiseurs. Manque de vaiselle et d'équipements dans la cuisine. Lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel.

Bel appartement bien situé, literie confortable, spacieux, 2 sdb. Hôte disponible. Je recommande.

Localização excelente. Bom espaço interior, bem decorado e muito amigável para uma estadia por Lisboa.

Ausência de cadeira de refeição de bebé, contrariando o que estava anunciado. Comando da TV não funcionada. Colchões pouco confortáveis.
