The apartment was very very spacious and had everything you would need when travelling. There were some condiments & cooking oils etc that meant we didn't have to buy groceries for a short stay. There were supermarkets close by, esp the Continte, who had an extensive range of groceries...great to see what Portuguese bought, even if you don't need anything..very interesting. Having the metal outside blinds to block out the afternoon sun was a God send to keep the apartment cool on 30c days. The water pressure of the shower was fantastic. Having 2 toilets & showers was great to get out exploring Lisbon quickly.

The body wash/soap that was provided in dispenser was either empty or didn't work ...but we had soap with us...can't carry liquids on plane with only carry on. Travel companion said the single bed was hard and he didn't get good night's sleep either night. Pillows were fine. TV didn't have any English channels that we could find but we watched Netflix movie instead so all good...but when u are travelling it's always nice to catch up on the news. You need to use Metro to get to city or a long walk, but there are number of stations close by. It's just hard to find any Metro station in Lisbon. It's difficult to find a small M logo amongst all the other signs. Maybe a map of there locations with the Welcome manual would help.

The apartment was exactly as advertised: spacious, well located, and clean. Sofia was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location right next to the Sheraton. Space was great. Beds comfortable. Kitchen adequate.

My only criticism is it could have been a bit more clean. Just needs a deep cleaning it seems.
