"Convenient location for access to Costa da Caparica beach"

Very well located property in Costa da Caparica. I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the weekly cleaning offered by the property which helped during my long term stay.

Although the place was clean there was an unpleasant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom that permeated throughout the rest of the unit.

"Good"

The Wi-Fi was good. The air conditioner was really handy. It was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Sound insulation was adequate. We had a problem with an infiltration which was fixed in the same day.

It didn't have a bidet despite having the room and pipping to install one. During high-tide you could smell a bit of sewage. One of the pans had burned food. Steep narrow stairways. The main door had trouble being closed, causing wind draft to form.
