The location was very good with great access to the city and a decent parking lot 100 meters away.

The douche cabin was fine but the douche itself could be much better.

Good location, silent street. The humidity problem is solved with a machine, heating is possible. Welcome milk, tea and biscuits. :-) Coffee machine, water bolier, micro wave owen, fridge, heating plate works perfectly. We had the possibility to ask for cleaning during the week (Liliana the housekeeper contacted with us in SMS).

Randomly there was no hot water (I think the reason might be when someone using hot water in the other flat, but not sure). There are only four silverwares ( 4 pcs of spoon, knife, fork), so if you are cooking and using it, you have to wash them continously to have a clean one. The teflon cooking dishes are in very bad condition: they are scratched (teflon causes cancer when it enters the human body). When we noticed it to the host, and asked for at least one non-teflon dish, we got the answer that: if we afraid of that, feel free to buy a dish we like. We did... We reserved the flat for four person, but the bedding was only for three person, for the next day we got one more).

Very nice lady welcomed us explaining everything. location is placed in a very convenient neighberhood, walking distance to the centre.
