Perfect location!

Loved the living space and great water pressure.

Fantastic location, wonderful design, great size, two bathrooms and a washing machine. It looks just like in the pictures and was even better than expected

we communicated our arrival time and the landlord was waiting for us. he explained a few things and stayed in touch during the whole stay. very friendly and efficient ! the flat ist right in the city centre. the street is quite busy but all the fensters are double-glazed so we did not hear much noise when they were closed. the bedrooms are at the back of the flat.

the noise came mostly from the inside of the building und heard through the main door which is quite old.

Very quiet at night with no outside noise. Well laid out with games and reading material provided. Managed to access YouTube which was very helpful in researching places we wanted to go. Having an oven was wonderful and the washing machine was a real bonus. Water hot, pressure great.

Communication didn't work before and on arrival so we had to wait around and keep messaging until our missed calls and messages were picked up. Didn't mind emptying the bins throughout our stay but being expected to empty them just prior to leaving was a request we have never come across before. However, I managed to take the rubbish bags downstairs and to the bins in an alleyway a few doors down between showers of rain.

The flat was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Being met by Ana was great ... she showed us around the flat, how to use the keys, explained the air conditioning units, etc and made sure we were comfortable before leaving.

The floor in the bathroom is about three inches higher than the floor in the hall (the floors throughout the apartment) and there is nothing to warn you about that. I broke one of my toes, not seeing the difference and slamming my foot into the raised floor. You really need to do something about that.
