La ubicacion

Éramos 8 personas compartiendo dos de los apartamentos y nos hemos sentido muy cómodas en todo momento, muy espaciosos y con muchos baños. Además, el anfitrión ha sido excepcional: muy atento, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos y respondiendo de forma rápida y eficaz.

No tiene gel ni champú.

Foi muito bom, perto do centro histórico. O dono nos atendeu muito bem. Muito atencioso. Bem completo o local, dá para lavar roupa, tem varal, cozinha ótima. Tem Metrô bem perto, café, mercado

Como estávamos 3 senti falta de um espelho no quarto.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It has 3 bathrooms! There were all the comfort devices such as dishwasher and microwave.

The staff was very slow to respond.

No breakfast

No one was there to greet us. My husband finally walked to the after hours check in hotel about a mile away. We had to pay an additional $12 tax and they sent someone else to clean the apartment. Leaving my husband to walk back to the apartment. When we gott there the maid was o. Her hands and knees wiping the floor. Balcony was under construction and the inside was dirty, like it had not been used in a long time. I found a live spider in the bed. Linen was old and thin as were the towels. I have pictures, it was not a good stay, ruined our vacation!Awful! No one ever responded to our requests for help.

The location.

It’s very tired and worn out. It needs new beds, linen was worn out. The outside verandas are in major disrepair. Very limited kitchen utilities. Desperately needs a chopping board. On arrival the cleaning lady who let us in demanded we pay her 24 euro cash for taxes which were supposedly included in the price.

We forgot our expensive headphones in the bedroom drawer and we asked if we could get them sent in a taxi to the airport hotel we were going to and the cleaning lady stole them within an hour of us being gone and the owner refused to do anything about it. Shady people, warning you to not stay here.

Location was excellent. Thought that public transport would have been required because of walking difficulties, however walk into main part of Porto was only 20 mins.

Good position, in easy walking distance of Metro, market, etc. The apartment was well-equipped.

The apartment has a 'verandah', an open area, on each side. Sadly -- as it would have been nice to sit out -- both are of poor construction and rather grotty. The quality of the bedding is moderate.
