The apartment was very close to the beaches. I appreciated an underground parking a lot. The apartment area is very safe and clean.

There were some small things to improve. The apartment could be cleaner, there were ants in the bathroom. The bathroom lighting, some sockets, leaking iron and oven doors should be fixed as well.
