Free parking is good, overall place is nice and quite comfortable

The apartment inside was very nice. Roomy and comfortable

The building was in poor condition and a commercial space.

It was not far from the center; the host was gentle and gave much information upon arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom is spacious, and the room seems to have been recently renovated and is comfortable.

The thought that I have to be there before 8 pm or otherwise you pay an extra 30€ was stressful. Mainly because there needs to be a person there to wait for you physically. So you need to communicate your arrival time in advance. I think this might be stressful for the host, too. The room is nice but in an outdated building with dirty-looking corridors and pavement. Because of the presence of offices, it might be a bit noisy in the morning. The downstairs door is kept open for those who smoke, and the smoke can get to the upper floors. It is not only cigarettes but pot, too. There were a few poor people who slept near the building. It was cold outside, and it was heartbreaking to see these things.

Our hostess was great! We had an issue with the toaster, and she solved the problem within the same day.

This place would be a 10 out of 10 for us if they provided some basic supplies like cooking oil and salt.
